This building was designed for USD, a leader in auto parts distributing in the SW United States.

The 42,872 square foot two-story building includes 6,000 square feet of office space and 36,872 square feet of warehouse room to store all necessary parts.

This design build project allowed Sun State Builders to work hand in hand with USD throughout the project and make all changes needed to make their distribution warehouse a success. This building became an instant success for USD and their ability to move mass amounts of products on a daily basis.
