New Directions manufactures oak furniture.

The new concrete tilt panel facility at 63rd Avenue and Buckeye has a 24' clear height, 5,000 square feet of office area, a 4,000 square foot concrete storage mezzanine above, and 54,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

Employee restrooms are located in the center of the manufacturing area, and support the operations manager observation gallery above.

Manufacturing operations include 3,000 amps of available 277/480 volt power, three spray booths, and a 150 horsepower dust collection system.

Two steel shade canopies totaling 3,130 square feet cantilevered off of the west face of the building.
