This was the third La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries constructed by Sun State Builders. This 22,500 square foot masonry building features an arched entryway with an interior natural stone fountain, an open skylight in the ceiling, and a multi-room appearance. The exterior features sloped concrete roof tile, a bold facia, arched towers, EIFS stucco system, split-faced masonry piers, and ample fenestration for maximum retail exposure.
