Gold Canyon Candles selected Sun State Builders to head the construction of their 120,000 square foot manufacturing facility for the manufacture and distribution of candles worldwide.

The 120,000 square foot, 28’ clear concrete tilt panel facility is comprised of 20,000 square feet of a two story office and 100,000 square feet of warehouse and manufacturing area with 300,000 square feet for future expansion.

The distribution/ warehouse area has a sealed floor, evaporative cooling, multiple conveyor racking systems, rail service and a decorative main lobby. There is extensive woodwork in the main lobby and offices for all 300 Gold Canyon employees.
