The DHL facility was the first building to be completed in the Papago Hills Business park.
79,112 square foot two-story building is the home of over six hundred DHL employees who operate their call center from central Tempe. The building is of masonry construction with all 79,000 square feet complete as a first class office environment.
All electric to this building is backed up by two (2) paralleling generators and state-of-the-art uninterruptible power systems.
