This new facility is the first hangar to be built specifically for Del Webb Corporation, one of the leading home builders/developers in the nation.

The 13,100 square foot hangar is designed to house up to three corporate jets. The first floor of the ancillary 4,000 square foot two-story building provides offices for the corporate pilots and aircraft maintenance personnel, as well as a flight map and planning area. In addition, there is a first class waiting area and conference room with state of the art audio and video components for use by the corporate executives. The second floor allows for air conditioned storage of sensitive aircraft parts, accessible from the hangar.

Other features of the hangar include a pocket-style hangar door allowing for a clear opening 120 feet wide by 25 feet tall. Also, the facility includes a 20,000-gallon, dual-wall fuel tank with an automated monitoring system.
