As a manufacturer of infrastructure hardware for mobile communications, Celwave called for special requirements for their new two-story 170,000 square foot office and manufacturing facility in Phoenix. Due to the type of products assembled, strict provisions for temperature control and electrical systems were needed throughout all areas of manufacturing, assembly, and warehousing. Sun State Builders completed this fast-track Design Build project on schedule.
