Located in the Buckeye Industrial District in Tolleson, Arizona, the entire site provides 60 acres of potential development. The first phase utilized 40 acres and consists of three concrete tilt panel buildings. The main building was a combination of
an office (2 story building, 10,000 square feet on each floor), and sort building totaling 208,000 square feet. This phase has the capacity to increase the main building by up to 58,000 square feet. Critical dates were met during construction that allowed Federal Express to have their extensive, state of the art sort equipment installed at completion.

The second building is their World Service Center (2,700 square feet) for walk-in customers. The third building is the Vehicle Maintenance Building (10,000 square feet), and 11 bay repair and maintenance facility. This project also included extensive Right-of-Way work on both 91st Avenue and Buckeye Road.
